Coconut ball

Kokoskriekstu bumbiņa

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. coconut butter (~ 50 g blended coconut flakes)
  • 2 tbsp. coconut cream
  • 4 tbsp. c. @nutego_ almond coconut cream
  • 50 g coconut flakes + for topping
  • 20 almonds

Preparation:

I blended the coconut flakes until it became a thick butter. Then I added the coconut cream from the can (the solid part), the coconut flakes and @nutego_ . Mix well and let it cool in the fridge. When the cream has set, form balls with an almond in the middle and roll in the coconut flakes.
